Donald Ray Feast, 71, was called from labor to reward on February 11, 2019, in Austin, Texas after a brief illness.  Donald was born in Houston, Texas on July 16, 1947 to Edna Gabriel Feast and Leroy Feist, but spent his formative years in Port Arthur.  He is a 1965 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School where he excelled in art classes.  He later attended college in Houston and obtained a degree in social work.  Donald proudly served his country by enlisting in the Army, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. 

Donald was preceded in death by his loving wife, Frances Feast; mother, Edna Gabriel; father, Leroy Feist; brother, Carey Feast; and nephew, Jarrell Allen.

He leaves to cherish his memory two sisters: Jocelyn Diann Richardson of Austin; Lois Petry of Port Arthur; three brothers: Leroy Feast and his wife Easter of Port Arthur; Leroy Feist and his wife Eddie of Houston; Jonathan Wagner of Port Arthur; a special cousin, Dwight Wagner of Port Arthur; a devoted nephew, ChezRey Richardson of Austin; a caring niece, Andonnia Maiben of Katy, Texas; and many other friends, relatives, and loved ones.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. in the King-Tears Mortuary chapel in Austin.
