Suspect’s ID sought in robbery of senior citizen at ATM

Port Arthur police are seeking help in identifying a man who robbed a senior citizen at an ATM on Feb. 15.
Surveillance video from the Capitol One kiosk at 4501 Twin City Highway, which is near Jack in the Box and CVS Pharmacy, shows the incident happened around 1 p.m. that afternoon.
The male victim was at the ATM machine as a white male wearing a baseball cap walked in and paces around before pushing the victim out of the way and leaving with cash.
The video was released on the Port Arthur Police Department’s Facebook page on Thursday, five weeks after the crime.
Anyone with information on the suspect’s ID is asked to call Det. B. Fanette at 409-983-8635.
