Joe Willie Cooley, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years and two sons Joseph R. Cooley and John A. (Laura) Cooley; one grandchild, Kimora Goldman and host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral service will be 12 noon Friday, May 17, 2019 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends at 11 a.m.
