Jefferson County indictments 5-16-19

A Jefferson County grand jury returned indictments in 64 cases Wednesday. The charges are as follows.
- Michael Cody Baxter, 35, of Port Neches, was indicted for aggravated assault.
- Ronnie Joseph Arline, 34, of Beaumont, was indicted for burglary (habitation).
- Curtis Ray Moore, 63, of Beaumont, was indicted for aggravated assault.
- James Gardiner Jr., 52, of Beaumont, was indicted for misapplication of trust funds.
- Charles Linton, 40, of Beaumont, was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle.
- Seth Jordan Davis, 19, of Missouri City, was indicted for possession of a weapon in a prohibited place (school).
- James Allen Creel, 59, of Groves, was indicted for assault — family violence/choking.
- Tyler James Lopez, 34, of Port Arthur, was indicted for assault — family violence/choking.
- William Warren McSwain, 42, of Beaumont, was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle.
- Kolton Reed Horn, 23, of Nederland, was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated.
- Olivia Stevenson, 29, of Beaumont, was indicted for felony theft (prior theft convictions).
- David Alan Chancey, 34, of Beaumont, was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.
- Robert James Williams, 37, of Port Arthur, was indicted for injury to an elderly individual.
- Joseph Calvin Bihm, 27, of Beaumont, was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle.
- Angel Jequiste Campbell, 34, of Port Neches, was indicted for two counts felony theft (prior theft convictions).
- Elizabeth Hernandez, 53, of Port Arthur, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
- Austin Blake Holmes, 35, of Taft, was indicted for forgery.
- David Broussard, 53, of Beaumont, was indicted for two counts of felony theft (prior theft convictions).
- Keri J Matthews, 35, of Westlake, Louisiana, was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
- Michelle Mickles, 29, of Beaumont, was indicted for forgery.
- Thomas J Murhpy II, 29, of Eunice, Louisiana, was indicted for fraudulent use of identifying information.
- Patricia Hollie Klumpp, 34, of Beaumont, was indicted for felony theft.
- Seidie Novelle Walton, 28, of Lumberton, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
- Usherka Shunta Stoker, 39, of Beaumont, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
- Hill Vancleve Verde, 29, of Kirkwood, Montana, was indicted for two counts of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine and oxycodone).
- Cordny Dwayne Williams, 32, of Beaumont, was indicted for prohibited substances in correctional facility.
- Arlete Gonzales, 34, of Beaumont, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
- Zaques D Grogan, 18, of Beaumont, was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
- Eric James Martin, 35, of Beaumont, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with previous convictions.
