Mr. Frank’s life will be celebrated Friday, June 7th, 10:00 AM, Fountain of Praise Church, 13950 Hillcroft Ave., Houston, Texas.

He will lie in state from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, June 6th in the Rose Chapel of Mabrie Memorial Mortuary and Friday, June 7th, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the church.

He leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Carole A. Hebert; son, Derrick Frank (Stephanie); daughters, Nicole Shotlow (Corey) and Stephanie Frank; siblings, Barbara Henry, David Frank, Sterling Frank and Ebony Frank; grandchildren, Landon Shotlow, Knighten Frank, Truce Frank and Lyrah Shotlow; the mother of his children Gert Frank and many other dear relatives and friends.

Interment will be at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
