Power is out throughout the Greater Port Arthur area due to storms.

Entergy reports that 1,597 customers in Port Arthur, 56 customers in Nederland and 28 in Groves are were without power as of 11 a.m.

No outages have been reported in Port Neches.

Power is expected to be restored to Port Arthur customers by 11:30 a.m., according to Entergy.
