The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating a Port Arthur man with outstanding warrants for child sex abuse.
Joey Lynn Kirks, 51, has three outstanding Jefferson County warrants. Two warrants are for indecency with a child and another is for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
