A Census 2020 Mardi Gras-themed block party for Port Arthur will be held from 2-6 p.m. Saturday at the Pavilion, 500 Procter St. in Port Arthur. The Port Arthur Complete Count Committee is hosting the block party. The event includes free food, music and entertainment for children. This is part of the ongoing effort to ensure everyone is counted in the Census.
