Caroline B. Rubin, 84, of Port Arthur, died Friday, December 29, 2023 at Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation.  A native of Hepburn, Saskatchewan Canada, she has lived in Port Arthur for 40+ years, and was a Retired Nurse and Office Manager for Drs. Fredrico and Alvia Arcala doctors office. Carol loved to read, work crosswords, crocheting, going to flea markets, and was an animal lover.

A Celebration of Carol’s life will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lillian Heinrich, sons, James Fyfe and John Fyfe, brother, Collin Heinrich, Shirley Rioux, and Diana McSevney.

Carol is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 40 years Clark Rubin of Port Arthur, daughter, Kathy Nappo of Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada, sisters, Roxanne Maiesciuk and Margery Huurman, step-sons Andre’ D. Rubin of Houston, Chan Rubin and his wife Mondi of Beaumont, and Ronald A. Rubin of Port Arthur, grandchildren Anthony Nappo and his wife Amanda of St. Catherines, Ontario Canada, and Shaylah Fyfe of St. Catherines, Ontario Canada, great grandchildren Paige Nappo, Jacob Nappo, Autumn Nappo, and Kehlani Delage, and a host of nieces and nephews living throughout Canada and Texas. Carol is also survived by her beloved furbaby Nitro.

Carol will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
