Port Arthur Police cite lack of investigation cooperation after man shot Tuesday night

A man suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound Tuesday night at Port Arthur Townhomes, authorities said.
The shooting took place at approximately 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at the apartment complex, 3500 Turtle Creek Drive, according to police.
Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso said preliminary investigation shows the shooting happened inside an apartment.
The person who was shot was taken to a local hospital for treatment, and Duriso said there is not much cooperation in the investigation.
No arrests had been made as of 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Police are looking for video footage from the scene and hope to speak with witnesses.
