Groves Police Department officers made the following arrests and responded to the following calls from May 22 to May 28:

May 22

• Jamal Mishaw, 21, was arrested for warrants and failed to identify giving false/fictitious information in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
• Juwon Dancy, 32, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and warrants in the 5200 block of Gulfway Drive.

May 23

• Kenneth Mayfield, 30, was arrested for warrants and violation of protective order in the 2600 block of Bernhard.
• Joseph Abshire, 41, was arrested for warrants and failed to identify fugitive intent to give false information in the 2400 block of Ruby.
• Marchelle Banks, 25, was arrested for warrants in the 6100 block of Gulfway Drive.

May 24

• Fernando Guizar, 17, was arrested for evading arrest/detention in the 6400 block of Gulfway Drive.
• Dwayne Hickman, 52, was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest, search or transport in the 3800 block of East Parkway.
• A theft was reported in the 6200 block of Warren Street.
• Theft of services was reported in the 5400 block of Hogaboom.
• Recovered stolen property was reported in the 4700 block of Martha.
• A possession of a controlled substance report was filed at the 5000 block of East Parkway.

May 25

• Misrain Gonzalez, 26, was arrested for warrants in the 2900 block of Pearl Street.
• Aaron Papania, 38, was arrested for warrants in the 2900 block of Pearl Street.
• An aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
• An aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 2900 block of Pearl Avenue.
• A theft was reported in the 6200 block of Gulfway Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 2800 block of Pearl.

May 26

• Brian Hite, 39, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 4800 block of Twin City Highway.
• Jeremy Hemler, 39, was arrested for warrants in the 3100 block of Hickory.
• An assault was reported in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
• Criminal mischief was reported in the 5400 block of Baird.
• A robbery was reported in the 5000 block of 32^nd Street.
• Criminal mischief was reported in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
• A theft was reported in the 3900 block of Twin City Highway.
• An assault was reported in the 2100 block of Perry.

May 27

• Tyrone Trahan, 53, was arrested for public intoxication in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.

May 28

• An assault was reported in the 3300 block of Doyle Street.
