A Jefferson County grand jury indicted two males, ages 17 and 18, for allegedly robbing three juveniles at gunpoint, stealing their phones and a bicycle.
The juvenile victims, ages 14, 15 and 16, were hanging out May 4 at a cemetery off Pine Street in Beaumont when a person described with tattooed face ran up to them and showed a handgun in his shorts pocket.
The male then passed the gun to another person, who reportedly pointed the gun at the juveniles and demanded their phones.
The first male suspect, identified as Ashton Emerson, 18, of Groves, struck one of the juveniles in the face, police said. The second suspect was identified as Brelynn Neal, 17, of Beaumont.
According to a probable cause affidavit, one of the males stole a bicycle from the victims and both suspects fled the scene.
Emerson and Neal were arrested at Pine Club Apartments in Beaumont on May 5.
Emerson had bonds from a March 3 aggravated robbery in addition to the three charges from the May 4 aggravated robberies. He also has a parole violation hold and remains in the Jefferson County jail.
Neal has bonds totaling $250,000 each. He also remains in the Jefferson County jail.
