Groves Police Department officers made the following arrests and responded to the following calls from July 10 to July 16:
July 10
- Susan Robertson, 72, was arrested for assault in the 4700 block of Inwood.
July 11
- Jonathan Pelissier, 29, was arrested for public intoxication in the 6900 block of 32nd Street.
- An assault was reported in the 3100 block of East Parkway.
- Criminal mischief was reported in the 2800 block of Oak Avenue.
July 12
- Laquailia Brooks, 41, was arrested for public intoxication in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
- An assault was reported in the 5500 block of West Washington.
July 13
- A theft was reported in the 5000 block of 32nd Street.
- Fail to identify giving false/fictitious information was reported in the 5500 block of West Washington.
July 14
- Steven Crew, 53, was arrested for warrants in the 3300 block of Doyle.
- Pedro Velasquez, 32, was arrested for public intoxication in the 3900 block of Boyd.
July 15
- Melissa Taylor, 31, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 5200 block of East Parkway.
- David Uriegas, 52, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, failed to identify fugitive intent to give false Information and warrants in the 5100 block of West Parkway.
- Forgery financial instrument was reported in the 5500 block of Mockingbird Lane.
- An assault was reported in the 4800 block of Augusta Drive.
July 16
- Kirstin Dantzler, 34, was arrested for public intoxication in the 3900 block of Pure Atlantic Road.
- Criminal mischief was reported in the 5800 block of Carolina.
- Abandon/endanger child with intent to return family member was reported in the 5600 block of West Washington.
