Freda Jean Licatino (Jeanne), a loving wife, mother, and caregiver passed away peacefully at the age of 69 on the morning of July 23, 2024, at her home in Port Neches, Texas.

Jeanne is survived by her ever-loving husband, Roy Licatino, and brother Randy Blanco. She is also survived by her sons Mark Kimball and wife Janice, Aaron Kimball and wife Leanna, and daughter Jeanna Licatino and partner Blue Ytuarte. Each of her children carry a piece of her with them – strength, mind, and heart. Jeanne also leaves behind her children Anna, Alyssa, and Aiden Licatino, with whom she was blessed with later in life, as well as her beautiful granddaughters, Caylee and Kaia. Jeanne will also be greatly missed by her close family and friends, Justin and Shanna Blanco, as well as Joe, Yvonne, Matthew, and Marcie Juarez.

In her passing, Jeanne joins into an eternal bond with Bill Blanco (father), Gloria Jean Blanco (mother), and Jane Herring (sister), who we know were there to welcome Jeanne into the Kingdom of Heaven. Jeanne will forever be remembered by her devout love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and always ending conversations with “I Love You with All My Heart”. Jeanne will always be the Wind Beneath Our Wings.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jeanne’s name to Buckner International, a child and family advocacy group.
