Long Phi Nguyen, 61, of Port Arthur, Texas, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Born on February 14, 1963, in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, to Truong Nguyen and Than Nguyen.

Long was widely known and respected as the owner and operator of Tracy’s Seafood Deli in Port Arthur. His passion for his work was matched only by his love for his family and his hobbies. In his free time, he found joy in nurturing his garden of desert roses, singing karaoke with friends, and cherishing moments spent with those he loved. His warmth, generosity, and devotion to his family will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Long was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Thinh Nguyen, Phu Nguyen, and Thuan Nguyen.

He leaves behind two daughters, Jennifer My Kieu Nguyen of Baltimore, Maryland, and Tracy My Dzung Nguyen of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by his three sisters: Chinh Nguyen of Beaumont, Hoa Nguyen of Nederland, and Qui Nguyen of Port Arthur; his two brothers: Hoang Nguyen of Port Neches and Quynh Nguyen of Port Arthur; and numerous nieces and nephews who will dearly miss him.
