Drug possession charges account for the majority of this week’s indictments handed by a Jefferson County grand jury.

• Ashaunti Yvette Allen, 35, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred April 5.
• Jakalean Joseph Conley, 24, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred March 28.
• Willie Earl Grigsby, 57, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred April 17.
• David Anthony Harris, 31, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of marijuana for an incident that occurred March 14.
• Daniel Lee Harvey Jr., 20, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, dihydrocodeinone hydrocodone, for an incident that occurred March 30.
• Aliea Michelle Hemphill, 24, of Silsbee was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, MDMC-enPINACA, for an incident that occurred Dec. 9.
• Daniel Jerrod Johnson, 45, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred May 5.
• Sabrina Vernell Melancon, 30, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 16.
• Hailey Norris, 34, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 6.
• Jennifer N. Pelkey, 39, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 8.
• Ryan W. Pruitt, 36, transient of Beaumont, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Jan. 21.
