Deputy Chief Jermey Houston spoke Thursday to the Rotary Club of Port Arthur regarding hurricane preparedness. With an active season in the forecast, Houston stressed several points including the need to stock up supplies now, have battery-operated cell phone chargers and radios, and give yourself plenty of time to evacuate if necessary.
