Light rain didn’t stop construction at Bulldog Stadium Friday as workers tried to finish up improvements to the facility.
Nederland Independent School District Superintendent Dr. Stuart Kieschnick was on scene to check on the progress.
He said he expects the stadium to be ready to go for the Bulldogs’ home opener against Silsbee Sept. 9.
