Progress continues on the new StayAPT Suite on Medical Center Boulevard.
The hotel will hold 76 units, according to information from the City of Port Arthur.
There are a number of StayAPT Suites in the Houston and Clear Lake area.
Several calls to the owner of the hotel were not immediately returned.
