Ms. Betty Marie Brown, 79 of Port Arthur, Texas died Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

She was a native and lifelong resident of Port Arhtur and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses.

Betty retired from Walmart after working 8 years and Luby’s Cafeteria after working over 30 years.

She is survived by her children, Quintella Broussard, Louis Brown Jr., Monique Davis, Adrian Brown and Jonas Sinegal; 21 grandchildren; her sisters, Jessie Simmons and Jennifer Walker; one brother, Eddie Johnson; two devoted friends, Annie Bronnon and Erma Washington; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel, 3800 Memorial Blvd., Port Arthur, TX with visitation from 8 a.m. until service time.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
