Linda Marie Young, 62, of Silsbee, Texas passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.
A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. at Shultz Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper, Texas.  The family will greet friends on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Shultz Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Silsbee, Texas with interment to follow at Zion Hill Cemetery in Jasper, Texas.
A native of Dallas, Texas, she was a long-time resident of Jasper and spent the last fifteen years in Hardin County.  She worked and enjoyed being a hospital volunteer and was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.  She was also a member of the St. Mark’s Altar Society.
She is survived by her sons Billy Worrell of Buna, Texas, Timothy William Young of Everette, Washington, Danny Wayne Young of Jasper, Texas, and Curtis Young of Everette, Washington; daughters Anna Young of Brookeland, Texas and Patty Young of Glendale, Arizona; brothers Charlie Dee Robertson of Brookeland, Texas, Robert Robertson of Port Acres, Texas, and Jessie Dewayne Robertson of Silsbee, Texas; a sister Samantha Foshee of Brookeland, Texas; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
