Emma Louise Stark was born on August 10, 1927 to Albert Frank Schliepp and Estella Schliepp. She was a native of Sandusky, Ohio. She moved to Port Arthur, Texas in 1968 where she  resided until her death. She departed her life on October 4, 2015 at home with her family surrounding her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Albert Frank Schliepp and Estella Schliepp, husbands, James “Jim” Stark Sr, and William Young and daughter Lynn Moses.
Emma is survived by her three children son Craig Stark (Lisa), daughter Anita Sterling and son James Stark Jr. (Betty); one  God – Grandson Damien  Broxton all of Port Arthur; 5 grandchildren; 8 great – grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren whom she loved dearly; a loving  care giver Marlesha Rucker and a host of family and friends.
The family thanks New Century Hospice for all the loving care they gave to “mom” as she was affectionately known.
A memorial service will take place at 7:00pm Friday October 9, 2015 at Sabbath Rest, 2113 Procter St. in Port Arthur, Texas. A gathering of friends and family will take place before the service from 6:00pm until 7:00pm. Arrangements under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
