Groves woman earns 5Point collections manager promotion

GROVES — Tricia Hanley has been promoted to member solutions/collections manager for 5Point Credit Union.
President/CEO Erik M. Shaw made the announcement, adding Hanley joined the credit union in November of 2023 and has 12 years of previous experience working in financial institutions.
Her previous roles include member solutions specialist, collections officer and credit counselor.
Hanley attended Port Neches-Groves High School and obtained her associate degree from Horry-Georgetown Technical College.
She and her family reside in Groves.
