MATTHEW J. “JOE” COLLINS, age 57 of New Bremen, OH, died on Monday, September 7, 2015.  He was born on December 7, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas, the son of the late Jack and Doris Collins.
Survivors include a lifetime friend Monique VanStekelenborg of New Bremen, his children Dustin Collins, and Yulanda Wolfe both of Mendon, Lyndsay Hammond of Coldwater, Joshua Collins of New Bremen, Brandon Collins of Troy, and Alicia Collins of Fairborn, nine grandchildren, and ten brothers and sisters, Tom Collins, the late Pam Reynolds, Tim Collins, Jim Collins, Peggy Hebert, Theresa Franks, Michelle Flocke, Mark Collins, Mary McGuire and Veronica Davis.
Joe attended Texas A&M University. He was well-known for his cooking, working at various restaurants in Ohio over the years.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Sunday October 18th, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Groves Texas at 2pm. A visitation will be held in Marino Hall after the service.
