I love you dearly still, try to look beyond earth’s shadow, pray to trust our Father’s will. Sherman James Dancy Sr., age 59, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 2015.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Carolyn Dancy; adorable children, Alicia Hawkins, Sharonda Dancy, Kimberly Parker, Keith Parker and Sherman J. Dancy Jr.; 11 precious grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; siblings, Delores Bailey, Keenan Dancy Sr., Makayaha Benyahuda and Janice Reynolds; and a loving host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church in Port Arthur, TX with a viewing from 12 noon until service time.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
