Woodrow Wilson Early College High School students Kaydence Martin and Kaylan Gardner Jr. were recently crowned Miss and Mr. Top Teen of America, Port Arthur Chapter.  Both are in the 11th grade.  They will reign for the next calendar year and are preparing to represent their families, their school, Port Arthur Independent School District and the city at the Top Teens of America 54th Area One Leadership Conference in March.
