Memorial retires Jamaal Charles’ No. 4

Kansas City Chiefs star running back and Port Arthur Memorial graduate Jamaal Charles was in town Friday as the school retired his No. 4 jersey at halftime of the Titans game against North Shore. Charles is the leading rusher in Port Arthur’s high school history with 4,069 yards. Story, see page B1.
