Two masked robbers kicked in a door to a hotel room and pistol-whipped a woman during a robbery early Sunday morning.

The woman was staying with her boyfriend at Imperial Inn and Suites, 8040 Memorial Blvd. when the robbers struck shortly after 1 a.m. Jan. 24, Port Arthur Police Maj. Raymond Clark said.

The woman was transported to a hospital for treatment and the case remains under investigation.
