GROVES — Groves Police investigating complaints of a man shooting a pellet rifle at property and homes on 34^th Street was arrested for possession of approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine on Monday.

Police had been receiving the complaints in the area of Canal and 34^th Streets and on Monday obtained a search warrant for a home in the 3500 block of 34^th Street. During the search they found the meth and arrested the resident, identified as James Klock, 46, of Groves, according to information from a GPD Facebook post.

Klock is currently being held at the Jefferson County Correctional facility on a $30,000 bond.
