Groves pellet rifle suspect arrested for meth

GROVES — Groves Police investigating complaints of a man shooting a pellet rifle at property and homes on 34th Street was arrested for possession of approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine on Monday.
Police had been receiving the complaints in the area of Canal and 34th Streets and on Monday obtained a search warrant for a home in the 3500 block of 34th Street. During the search they found the meth and arrested the resident, identified as James Klock, 46, of Groves, according to information from a GPD Facebook post.
Klock is currently being held at the Jefferson County Correctional facility on a $30,000 bond.
