Reverend Walter Joseph, Jr. (75) of Port Arthur, TX died Monday, September 26, at the Medical Center. A native of Iota, Louisiana, moved to Port Arthur in 1961 until his death. He was a member of Allison Chapel Church of God in Christ.

Reverend Joseph was preceded in death by his parents Walter Joseph, Sr. and Oline Louis Joseph, his 4 older brothers and 5 older sisters, 1 grandson- Bryce Joseph. He leaves in his memory sons, Walter III and Marcus Joseph both of Port Arthur, TX; his 6 daughters Sheryl, Angela, Monique, Vanessa Joseph all of Port Arthur, TX, Tara Joseph of Houston, TX and Erica McDonald (Eric) of Killeen, TX, Mildred Malveaux (Mother of his children), 27 Grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at First Sixth Street Baptist Church with viewing from 1 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
