Reader Mike Ray sent this photo of a massive hog checking out a deer feeder in Northeast Texas.

Hogs often damage feeders and will not only knock them over but will jump up and break the timer with their snouts. This one looks like it might just be big enough to do that.

Hogs are smart and persistent, which is one reason their numbers have skyrocketed in the last 25 years.
