Jenetta Victoria Morgan McCall, 77, passed away surrounded by her family on May 14, 2017, at Memorial Herman in Houston, Texas. She was born on January 17, 1940, to the late Joe and Victoria Wesley Morgan. Jenetta was a native of Patterson, LA and moved to Port Arthur, TX, where she lived for 75 years.  She was a member of Eastern Star Baptist Church. Jenetta was a kind and gentle soul that was fun to be around and touched so many lives.

Jenetta is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Victoria Wesley Morgan; husband, Lawrence McCall; three brothers, Bennie Wesley Morgan, Joe Morgan Jr, and Willie Morgan; sister, Katherine Guilliam; stepson, Lawrence P. McCall; stepdaughter, Linda Gail Whitehead; and granddaughter, LaKeshi Jacobs.      

Jenetta leaves to cherish in her memories five sons, Anthony Wayne Jones, Michael Jones, Allen Ray Jones, Victor Jones (Beatrice), and Warwick Keith McCall (Sharen); three daughters, Janice Marie Jacobs, Jeanette Gail Jones, and Sandra Jones Foreman; stepdaughter, Deborah Christian; godson, Alton Dupar Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Eastern Star Baptist Church with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
