The seventh annual Port Neches-Groves three-person scramble fundraiser for the boys golf team is set for Saturday, March 3 at Babe Zaharias. It was incorrectly listed as being this coming Saturday in Bob West’s golf column on
Wednesday.

Entry fee for a three-player team is $225. Individual fee is $75 per player. Cost for hole sponsorships is $100 and food sponsorships are $200.

All proceeds above expenses go toward travel, equipment and uniforms for the PNG golf team, which will be trying to win its ninth consecutive district championship in March. Contact person for the event is PNG golf coach Ricky Keyes. He can be reached at 466-1263.
