Here is combined column and the results from the weeks through Feb. 25 and March 4: 

Week through Feb. 25: 

Wednesday night’s Fun Bowlers had their share of excitement this week as Burton Wilson pocketed his last 12 shots of the night for a perfect 300.  

Burton did barely manage to break 600 as his first two games combined score only beat his 300 by two pins. Great bowling, Burton. 

Golden Oldies provided this week’s senior male bowler of the week as C.J. Moity took control of the lanes with games of 200, 257 and 184 for a 641 set. 

Monday night’s Valero League had the ever-present Alice Barnes continuing to dominate for the senior ladies. Alice put together games of 192, 209 and 213 for a 614 series. Also Monday night, RaeAnna Todora ripped the lanes with games of 246, 214 and 247 for a sweet 707 set. This set led all the ladies this week. 

Thursday night’s Energy Country Ford/Allstate League saw this week’s top overall bowler emerge. Darian Murray hammered the lanes with games of 257, 275 and 244 for a nice 776 series. 

Saturday morning’s Stars of Tomorrow saw Blaine Seymour once again lead the pack. Blaine shot games of 234, 209 and 177 for a 620 series. 

I understand that two veteran bowlers have returned to the lanes. Welcome back James Moity and Jamie Engle.

Week through March 4 

No, he isn’t the top bowler this weekn, but Kirwin Melo sure provided some excitement in the Thursday night Energy Country Ford/Allstate League. 

It has been awhile, but Kirwin unleashed 12 balls into the pocket for his 13th career 300 game. Just to note Kirwin bowled a 225 and a 173 on either side of that 300 for a nice night’s work with a 698 set. 

Also on Thursday night, RaeAnna Todora led all the lady bowlers this week with 246, 212 and 212 for a nice 670 set. 

Monday night’s Valero League saw Kat Douglas leading all the senior ladies this week. Kat shot games of 201, 225 and 214 for a nice 640 set. Also, Chuck Mitchell was steady all night with games of 235, 237 and 266 for a 738 series. 

This week’s top bowler came from the Wednesday night Fun Bowlers. Bill White not only led the senior men bowlers but shot high series overall for the week. Bill had games of 239, 213 and 289 for a 738 series.
