Mr. Philip A. Mosley, III. – Service Thursday at 10:00am St. James Catholic Church, Port Arthur. Visitation 8:00am to 10:00am. The Holy Rosary will begin at 9:30am. Services entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.
