Henry Taylor Jr. 62, departed this life on Thursday July 5, 2018 at UTMB, Galveston, TX. He was born on July 9, 1955 to the union of Katherine Dixon Taylor and Henry Taylor, Sr..  Henry was preceded in death by his father Henry Taylor, Sr., sister Annie Burgess and step son Glenn Clark.

He served in the United States Army and received an Honorable discharge. He was an employee of Assisted Meds, and worked several other jobs during his lifetime.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Katherine Reedom, three sisters Diana Ivory(Whitney),  Iceola Aldaiz(Richard) and Barbara Acrond(James). Three brothers James and Dabbs Taylor of Port Arthur and Arthur Lee Taylor(Bridget) of Baton Rouge, LA. A daughter, Tracey Joseph, sons, Henry Joseph, Myron Taylor and Mark Anthony Clark. Two grand daughters, one great grand daughter and  many other nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives,

Service will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Moody-Harris Funeral Home Chapel.
