Madeline Judith (Judy) Reynolds

1942 – 2018 Madeline Judith (Judy) Reynolds, 75, daughter of Henry and Agnes Totten, went home to be with the Lord on August 6, 2018. She was born September 29, 1942, in Port Arthur, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-five years, Tyrone Reynolds. Judy is survived by her mother Agnes Totten, sister Janis Miller, brother Henry Totten and wife Candy; daughter, Cheryl Arlott of Richmond, TX; son Keith Reynolds and wife Christi of Frisco, TX and daughter Cindy Landry and husband Jason of Nederland TX; grandchildren, Spencer Landry, Blake Chamberlain and husband Clayton; Jacob Landry, Madison Reynolds, Macy Reynolds, Hannah Arlott and Alex Arlott. Judy was a longtime resident of Port Neches and a long-standing member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. She is a graduate of Bishop Byrne High School (1960) and Port Arthur College (1962). Judy has been a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority since 1961.  She had a passion for family and service to others. She spent 25 years with the Diocese of Beaumont as secretary at St. James Catholic School and later retired from the Port Arthur ISD after 17 years of service.

Judy was dearly loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 11th at St. Elizabeth Catholic Community in Port Neches with Fr. Dan Malain, officiating, with interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.  A gathering of the family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 10th with a Christian Vigil to be held at 6:00 p.m. with Andrew Garcia officiating.
