James Peter Fontnette, 62, of Port Arthur Texas departed this life on Monday, July 1, 2019, at UTMB Jeannie Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas.

James was preceded in death by his parents Herbert J. Sr. and Willie Mae Fontnette; sister Michelle Renee Fontnette; paternal grandparents John and Stennie Fontnette; maternal grandparents August
and Julia Pierfax.

A visitation is scheduled from 9 AM until 11 AM Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with the rosary recited at 10:30 AM.

Funeral services will follow at 11 AM with Rev. Herb Fontnette III officiating.
