Missing Port Arthur woman found safe

A woman that was reported missing in Port Arthur and possible in danger was found safe.
Port Arthur police learned on Thursday that a family member located Ikeyvia Janique Riser, 26, and that she is safe.
Riser was reported missing and was last seen on Dec. 3.
