BEAUMONT — The Common Cents Credit Union at 8109 Smith Road near Interstate 10 was robbed at gunpoint Monday morning.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said the robbery took place at 10:21 a.m.
Police described the gunman as a white male who entered the credit union wearing fake facial hair, dark clothing and yellow gloves.
He pointed a gun at the tellers and robbed the bank before fleeing in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash.
