• Daysherie Martinez, 39, terroristic threat of family
• Jason Montalvo, 40, possession of a controlled substance
• Jose Jiminez, 52, warrant other agency
• Cameron Grubbs, 29, warrant other agency
• Herschel Dugas, 32, public intoxication
• Jerry Langlinais, 32, Nederland warrants
• Kenneth Johnson, 63, warrant other agency
• Cody Orta, 34, driving while intoxicated
• Heath Breaux, 46, warrant other agency

Nederland Police responded to the following calls from June 1- 7

June 1

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 500 block of North 17^th Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 3200 block of Avenue H.
• False statement to obtain property or credit was reported in the 3000 block of U.S. 69 North.
• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment in the 1400 block of Franklin.
• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment in the 1000 block of Avenue B.

June 2

• A person was arrested for Nederland warrants and another agency’s warrants in the 1700 block of Nederland Avenue.
• A person was arrested for terroristic threat of family in the 700 block of South Sixth Street.
• Forgery was reported in the 200 block of North 27^th Street.

June 3

• Assault offensive touch – family violence was reported in the 400 block of North 33^rd Street.
• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 500 block of North 27^th Street.
• Assault offensive touch was reported in the 2400 block of Nederland Avenue.
• An information report was made in the 100 block of South Fourth Street.
• Criminal mischief was reported in the 1700 block of North 34^th Street.

June 4

• Assault causes bodily injury -family violence was reported in the 100 block of Chicago.
• Assault family violence was reported in the 1400 block of South 13^th Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 2400 block of Avenue B.
• A stored or abandoned vehicle was reported near U.S. 69 Feeder Road and Nederland Avenue.
• A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1100 block of North 14^th Street.
• A person was arrested on anther agency’s warrant in the 3000 block of Eighth Street.
• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrant in the 400 block of North 2 ½ Street.
• A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 3200 block of FM 365.

June 5

• Found property was reported in the 100 block of South Fifth Street.
• Found property was reported in the 2900 block of Nederland Avenue.
• An officer assisted another agency in the 200 block of U.S. 69 North.
• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported in the 2800 block of Avenue H.
• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 1300 block of South 14^th Street.
• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 200 block of North 37^th Street.
• A person was arrested on Nederland warrants in the 800 block of South 15^th Street.
• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrant in the 100 block of North 23^rd Street.

• Theft was reported in the 400 block of South 4 ½ Street.
• A person was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 3400 block of Avenue E.
