BEAUMONT — A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following individuals earlier this week:
- Timothy Allen Harris, 30, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred March 20.
- Brett Holland, 29, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery for an incident that occurred March 4.
- Danielle Charlene Hooks, 31, of Silsbee was indicted for assault on a peace officer for an incident that occurred Dec. 27.
- Grady Brian LeBlanc III, 37, of Beaumont was indicted for unlawful possession of firearm by felony for an incident that occurred Feb. 2.
- Jamard Deshard Living, 24, of Beaumont was indicted for unlawful possession of firearm by felon for an incident that occurred March 5.
- Thao Nhu Hguyen, 23, of Houston was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Nov. 28.
- Jovan Keveaun Neveaux, 20, of Port Arthur was indicted for murder for an incident that occurred April 15.
- Cameron Scott, 20, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery for an incident that occurred May 15.

- Paul Thomas Shaw, 50, of Kirbyville was indicted for forgery for an incident that occurred June 5.
- Torry Lane Washington, 30, of Port Arthur was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred Feb. 25.
- Torry Lane Washington, 30, of Port Arthur was indicted for deadly conduct for an incident that occurred Feb. 25.
- Eric Micah Wilson, 43, of Beaumont was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated for an incident that occurred Jan. 23.
- Chante M. Grogan, 19, of Port Arthur was indicted for hindering apprehension for an incident that occurred May 23.
- Ian Barker, 19, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft for an incident that occurred Feb. 11.
- Edward Anthony Cerez Jr., also known as Edward Anthony Cerez and Edward Cerez, 56, of Winnie was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements for an incident that occurred July 24.
- Juan Francisco Bautis Gonzalez, also known as Juan Francisco Gonzalez, 44, of Beaumont was indicted for failure to register with sex offender registration requirements for an incident that occurred July 29.
An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.
