Jefferson County indictments 4-4-19

BEAUMONT — A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following persons this week:

 

  • Joshua Hershel Barlow, 29, of Beaumont was indicted for murder for an event that happened March 17.
  • Jaylan Quin’Jordan Thomas, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for murder for an event that happened March 17.
  • Christopher Ray Jones, 40, of Beaumont was indicted for murder for an event that happened Feb. 14.
  • Quincy Trevion Daniels, 28, of Beaumont was indicted for improper relationship between educator and student for an incident that happened Feb. 19.
  • Elkin George Savoy III, 44, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred March 24.
  • Arthur Joseph Gilbeaux Jr., 35, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred Feb. 27.
  • Ronald Jay Carroll, 43, of Beaumont was indicted for retaliation for an incident that occurred Sept. 29, 2018.
  • Rocky Bradley, 56, transient, was indicted for burglary of a building for an incident that occurred Jan. 29.
  • Ronnie Adam Cloud, 53, of Port Arthur was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements for an incident that occurred Oct. 11, 2017.
  • Casey-Jo Marie Darrow, 30, of Vidor was indicted for injury to a disabled individual for an incident that occurred Feb. 25.
  • Christiana Renee Hardin, 43, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred July 14, 2018.
  • Karen Devon Trahan, 31, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred Dec. 3, 2018.
  • Bruce William Hopkins, 33, of Pensacola, Florida was indicted for possession of marijuana for an incident that occurred Oct. 10, 2018.
  • Marcos Javier Aldiaz, 37, of Port Arthur was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements for an incident that happened March 13.
  • Richard Darrell Jackson, 43, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a building for an incident that occurred Feb. 22.
  • Larry D. Johnson, 59, of Port Arthur was indicted for theft with prior convictions for an incident that occurred March 5.
  • Greyson Deandre Leday, 20, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft of a firearm for an incident that occurred Aug. 9, 2018.
  • Dominique Rashad Harrison, 23, of Beaumont was indicted for possession f marijuana for an incident that occurred Aug. 24, 2018.
  • Deondre Marquezz Howard, 19, of Beaumont was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Feb. 7.

  • Donzell Joseph Davis, also known as Donzell Joseph Sweets, 55, of Port Arthur was indicted for tampering with physical evidence for an incident that occurred Nov. 23, 2018.
  • Kendric Donovan Guidry, 20, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Aug. 1, 2018.

  • Frank William Hogan, 54, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Feb. 13, 2018.
  • Michael Joseph Jacko, 63, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Nov. 8, 2017.
  • David E. Lester, 49, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred July 29, 2018.
  • Clayton Daniel Lindsey, 24, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred March 31, 2018.
  • Elizabeth Jean Marsiglia, 29, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Aug. 5, 2018.
  • Christopher Todd Snowden, 50, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Aug. 23, 2018.
  • Blake Lee Brandin, 39, of Port Arthur, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Sept. 6, 2018.
  • Alexander Franklin Caito, 43, of Port Neches was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of vehicle for an incident that occurred Dec. 23, 2018.
  • Percy Dwayne Joseph, 26, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, phencyclidine, or PCP, for an incident that occurred Sept. 17, 2018.

An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.
