Lanes offered little resistance to local bowlers in this past week’s action at The Max.

Let’s get started: Monday Senior’s league had our Senior male bowler of the week as Bill White shot games of 258-246-238 on his way to a 742 set.

Monday night’s Valero League had the top Senior female bowler as well as the leading lady of the week. Alice Barnes led the Senior women by shooting games of 166-216-235 for a nice 617 series. RaeAnna Todora  shot an honor score leading all the ladies this week, as she hammered games of 244-269-298 for a nice 811 set.

The carnage continued at the Wednesday night Fun Bowlers league, as they had two 300 games shot. First Casey Smith shot a 300 in his second game on his way to a 679 series. Alan Kay also shot a 300 along with a 203 on his way to a nice 660 series.

Then Thursday night’s Energy Country Ford league continued to add fuel to the flames. Jaime Engle lit up lanes 9 and 10 as he shot his 48th career 300 game and his 27th career 800 series, as he nailed games of 256-300-278 on his way to a huge 834 series. Equally as impressive on the same set was Sami Jo Williams as she shot games of 257-268-259 for a fine 784 series.

To end the week, the Stars of Tomorrow had Brandon Bertrand shooting games of 194-202-173 for a 569 series. Brandon led all youth bowlers this week, but not far behind was Kaden Zampini.

Kaden had games of 162-189-171 for a 522 set.
