Roy Hollier Sr.

Roy Hollier, Sr., 77, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at home with his family by his side.
Roy was born December 6, 1938 in Waco, Texas and was a lifelong resident of Port Neches, Texas.  He retired from IBEW Local #479 where he also served as a past President.  Roy was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches, Port Neches Knights of Columbus #2461, and was a Port Neches City Council member for fifteen years.  He was an avid PN-G Fan and coached Pony Colt baseball for many years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church with Rev. Shane Baxter officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Felix R. Hollier and Leona Louviere Hollier, his son, Tony Hollier, and his grandson, Ryan Allen.
Surviving relatives include his loving wife of 45 years, Veva L. Hollier of Port Neches, Texas; daughter, Jolyn Hollier of Houston, Texas; daughter-in-law, Christa Hollier of Port Neches, Texas; son, Tim Hollier and wife Kelly of Surprise, Arizona; grandchildren, Anthony Hollier, Angela Harrington and husband Allen, Natasha Gibson, Dustin Landry, and Brylee Hollier; great-grandchildren, Presley and Wyatt Harrington, Ry’Lyn Landry-Gibson, Kaytlyn and Beaux Gibson.
