For the first time in a very long time, we are not going to mention the names of the area’s two top female bowlers.

Instead a long time female bowler looks to have regained her form as those two not-to-be-mentioned youngsters take a back seat to Belinda Powell.

First, let’s get started with the Monday night Valero League, where Alice Barnes shot games of 206-183-210 for a 599 set to lead the senior ladies.

Thursday night’s Energy Country Ford/Allstate League provided the rest of the lead bowlers for the week. The senior men were led by C.J. Moity. C.J. fired games of 222-223-235 for a 680 set.  Powell, like mentioned above, hammered the lanes to the tune of 217-257-255 for a 729 set.

Finally this week’s leader really got on track. George Gund meant business as he shot games of 259-259-297 for an awesome 815 series.
