Elouise Staley was born November 1, 1933 to the late Eddie Payne and Elnora Eaglin Payne in Carencro, LA.  Elouise was an 83 year old resident of Port Arthur, Texas.  She departed this life Monday, May 22, 2017.   Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017 at New St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 1048 West Gulfway Drive, Port Arthur, TX 77640.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
