Joseph Lee Duhon

Leo Joseph Duhon, 90, of Nederland, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at his residence. Leo was born in Kaplan, LA. on March 13, 1927 to the late, Elix and Azema Duhon.
Leo was a wonderful man, he loved all of his family very dearly.
Leo is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Wilda Duhon of Nederland; son, Keith Duhon and wife, Kristy of Port Neches; daughter, Cheryl Stelly and husband Randy of Nederland; brother, Joseph “Junior” Duhon and wife, Shirley of Nunez, LA.; grandchildren, Benjie Pinell of Nederland, Kimberly Duhon of Port Neches, Kayla Hinson and husband, Chris of Port Neches and three great-grandchildren, Kyleigh, Trent and Hadley.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with a rosary to begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 3, 2017 at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.  The funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. immediately following the visitation, with Father Shane Baxter, officiant. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.
