City of Port Arthur Spokesperson Risa Carpenter said police SWAT officers talked a man into police custody after he barricaded himself in a home Thursday.

Carpenter said the man was in the 2300 block of 13^th Street and he had several outstanding felony warrants.

Carpenter said she was not sure of the time, but the man is now in police custody.
