Willie Mae Hyder Gants (Peggy)

Willie Mae Gants, 64, of Port Arthur passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017.  She was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur.

Willie Mae is survived by her children, Anthony Lavergne, Frank, Jeremy and Crystal Gants; five grandchildren;  1 great-grandchild; her siblings Cynthia Hyder, David Hyder and Tommy Hyder (Tasha) all of Port Arthur; two aunts, Juanita Escort and Geraldine Wheeler; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 12 noon until service time.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
